Adding bank details in different locations

Bookem supports various payment methods, including EFT or bank transfer. If you have various locations, you might want to receive payments to different bank accounts for services rendered at the different locations. You'll have to make your banking details available to clients by adding them to the different locations.

If you want banking details to be the same for all locations

Follow these steps:

1. If you haven't already created a payment method for bank transfer/EFT, click here

2. Open your bank transfer/EFT payment method in Settings > Payments & Invoicing > Payment Methods

3. In the pop-up window, select the tick box for 'Available for all locations'

4. Click 'Save'

If you want to add banking details for different locations

Follow these steps:

1. Create a new payment method by going to Settings > Payments & Invoicing > Payment Methods

2. Click on the '+ New payment method' on the top right

3. Select 'Bank transfer' as payment type

4. Toggle the 'Display on invoice' to ON to show your banking details on your invoices

5. In the pop-up window, deselect the tick box for 'Available for all locations'

6. Under 'Available locations', search for the location you want to add banking details to

7. Select the location, and add your banking details under 'Payment instructions'

8. Click Create

You can repeat this for each location.

NB: If you had a pre-existing bank transfer/EFT payment method, make sure to go deselect the tick box for 'Available for all locations' and select the location it is intended for.
