The Client Profile in Bookem is your central dashboard for managing all client information. This includes:
Personal details captured from the client's intake form
A log of all email and SMS communications between your practice and the client
A complete history of their bookings and account activity
Copies of submitted forms
Access to practitioner - created documents
In this training video, we'll walk you through the Client Profile, showing you how to efficiently access and manage client details, track communications, review bookings, monitor account status, and find important documents—all in one place.
In the image below, you’ll see an example of a client’s Profile. The information displayed here is provided by the client when they complete their intake form. If additional details are needed - such as an ICD-10 Code - you can manually add them.
This information is used by Bookem to generate invoices and document and can be updated by either you or the client at any time. However, we recommend having the client update their own details to ensure accuracy while also saving you time.
Bookem automatically logs all sent and received messages, whether via SMS, email, or both.
You can view the timestamp of each message
Messages are labeled with their delivery status (Sent/Delivered/ Failed)
Hovering over a message will reveal precise delivery details
This ensures seamless communication tracking with each client.
Here, you’ll find a full history of all bookings for the client.
