Cancelling your subscription can be done with a couple of clicks. There's no need to mail us and can be done at any time. There is no notice period required for cancellations.
Please note that we do not debit your bank account automatically using debit orders. If you're paying monthly using your bank's repeat payment functionality, AKA standing orders, don't forget to cancel this.
Go to Settings > Account:
Navigate to the Settings tab in Account and click the Cancel subscription button:
