Bookem typically matches online bookings to existing client profiles. However, variations in details like email, cellphone number, or name may lead to the creation of a new profile. This could result in separate booking history, accounts, notes, and other data from the original account.
Go to Clients
Click the 'Find Duplicates' button on the top right. Select what identifiers you would like to use to find duplicate clients
Click 'Search'
A list of duplicate clients will appear. You can now view and navigate to specific clients who have duplicate profiles.
