To generate a referral letter from a client appointment:
Go to your Calendar and click on the relevant client booking
In the booking window, click on Documents > + New Document
3. Choose your pre-built Referral Letter template from the list. This template will automatically include key variables such as the client’s name, appointment date, your practice information, and more.
4. Write and finalise the letter. You can add or edit any content as needed. Once complete, add your digital signature to finalise the letter.
Once your letter is ready, sending it is simple:
Click ‘Create & Send’ or ‘Save & Send’ to generate the final version of the document and prepare it for delivery
Alternatively, you can click the arrow icon in the top right corner of the screen to access send options at any time
Choose a Delivery Method:
Email – Sends a secure link to view the letter and automatically generates a PDF attachment for convenience. You can add multiple email recipients manually or by searching for existing clients.
SMS – Sends a secure link to the document. Note: SMS delivery is limited to one recipient - the client.
That’s it! Your referral letter is sent securely, a copy is stored in the client’s document history and the message is stored in Messages for future reference.
