You can upload and store images, files, voice notes, videos, and more in Bookem Documents. Bookem supports most common file types, and storage is unlimited and free with Bookem Premium.
If you prefer to hand write notes, you can take photos of or scan and save your notes to documents after your session.
If you need to video or photograph a client's movement, you can store it for future reference.
You can make voice recordings and keep them on file.
You can attach documentation, e.g. a referral letter or copy of a school report to keep them on file.
Follow these steps:
1. Open your Bookem Calendar and navigate to the client whose notes you would like to edit
2. Navigate to the Documents tab or click on 'Documents v' under the client name
3. Create a new document or select an existing one that you want to edit
4. Here's how to insert various file and media types:
To insert an image
Select '+Insert' from the formatting menu and select 'Image'
Follow the prompts to either insert an existing image, or take a photo within the document
To insert a document
At the bottom of the document, click on the paperclip icon to attach a file
'Media picker' or browse your device for the document file
Click on the file to insert it
To insert a voice note
At the bottom of the document, click on the paperclip icon to attach a file
Select 'Media picker' or browse your device for the voice recording
Click on the file to insert it
To insert speech to text
At the bottom of the document, click on the mic icon
Allow access to your mic
The mic icon will be red while active, you can speak into your device mic and let it write out speech to text until you are finished
Click the mic icon again to stop
5. Remember to click Save & close.
Your uploaded files will be stored under your client's documents and can be easily accessed at any time.
