Sending bulk SMS messages from Bookem

You can send bulk SMS messages to specific groups of your clients from Bookem. For example, you might want to contact clients by location or visit history. You can also send forms through SMS in bulk

How to send bulk SMS messages

To send a standard bulk SMS to selected clients:

• Go to Messages > Bulk SMS
• Click +Send bulk SMS
• In the Message section, write your message The character counter will show how many characters you’ve used
• Click Add clients
• Set your filters and parameters to choose who receives the message
• Click Add clients then you are ready to send

Character limit note

One SMS can include:

• Up to 160 standard characters
• Up to 70 characters if the message contains Unicode (e.g. emoji or non-Latin characters)

Note: Sending SMS messages uses credits
