Team member reminders

We all have busy schedules, and it can be easy to forget about appointments. By setting up reminders for your team members, you can help them stay on track and avoid missed appointments.

How to set up reminders for a team member

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Team Members

  2. Select the team member you want to set up a reminder for

  3. Click on the Notifications tab

  4. Under Booking Reminders, select the type of reminder you want to send (email, App, SMS, or a combination)

  5. Set your reminder time

  6. Click on Save
