Yes. Your business can have multiple locations, and each can be in its own time zone. To avoid confusion, clients that are sent notifications with start times have it translated to their time zone. Your time zone is set in Settings - Locations
When clients book online somewhere else in the world, they see your available hours translated into their time zone.
When you are manually booking someone in, you can set their time zone in their profile. By default a client's time zone will default to the location they're booked at (i.e. your time zone), to change that go to their profile in clients and set the correct time zone.
