Bookem allows you to use templates in your client notes. These are particularly useful for creating assessments, progress reports, or questionnaires.
To add a note template to a client's notes, follow these steps:
Straight from a booking, click on Notes
Create or edit an existing note
Click on the Insert form icon and select the relevant form
Pick the form you have already created in Forms
If you are using a tablet; Mouse or Digital pen, you can draw on any images, such as body charts, directly on the Note Forms each time one is inserted.
