How to create a document

Bookem makes it easy to create professional, consistent documents - whether you're starting from scratch or using a template. You can customise documents with structure, visuals, and rich content to suit anything from clinical notes to referral letters, sick notes, or prescriptions.

Documents support a range of features to help streamline your workflow, including uploading files (like photos or scans), recording voice notes, and drawing directly on diagrams or images.

šŸ’” Pro tip: If you regularly create the same type of document - like referral letters or consultation notes - consider turning it into a document template. Templates save time, reduce manual entry, and help your team stay consistent.
