Bookem Documents allows you to create and send professional and medical notes. This is the primary way to take notes and create documents like case summaries and referral letters in Bookem.
You can start with a blank document or choose a pre-made template from our template library. Templates can save you time and ensure consistency.
Here's how:
1. Go to Documents or navigate to 'Documents' in the client profile
2. Click ' +New Document' and find your client profile
3. Select a document template or start with a blank document
4. Start taking notes!
Add various fields: For detailed records, use document templates with field types like checkboxes, drop-down menus, and body charts. You can also use tables to track things like blood results, weight, and milestones.
Add attachments: Include relevant files.
Add images and videos: Visual aids can be very helpful.
Voice notes: Attach saved audio files to your documents. You can record directly into the document using the round recording icon or attach an existing audio file.
Voice transcriptions: Click the microphone icon (it turns red when active). Speak into your device's microphone, and your speech will be transcribed into text.
Variables automatically pull dynamic client data from their profile into your documents, streamlining your workflow
Just type `#` followed by the variable name. For example, `#First name and #Last name` in a template will automatically insert the client's name
