How to add client profile fields

A client profile field refers to specific categories of information about a customer, such as their name or contact details.

By default, Bookem includes the following client profile fields:

• Name and last name

• Email address

• Cellphone number

• Client time zone

• Opt out of notifications/automated messages

You can add more client profile fields

There are more client profile fields already loaded onto your business settings that you can move about, edit or delete. Examples include: gender, ICD-10 code, age, ID number, etc.

Here's how:

1. Go to Clients > Profile Fields

2. Click the '+' sign to add before or after an existing client field

3. Select the type of field you'd like to add

4. Click 'Add item'

For example, use 'Date of birth'

5. Add more or click save once you are done
