Services are the appointments your clients can book with you, serving as the first step in the booking process. You can also create internal services that team members can schedule without client access on your online booking page.
Follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings > Services
2. Click the '+ New Service' button in the top-right corner
3. Add a name and description for your service
4. Assign a colour to the service for easy identification in your calendar
5. Select a booking form
If needed, create a custom booking form
The default form usually collects all relevant booking details
5. Choose the service location to specify where the service will be provided:
At your business location
Off-site (e.g., at the client’s location)
Via video call (online)
6. Toggle 'Online bookings' to 'On' to make this service available for clients to book online
7. Decide how online bookings for this service will be confirmed:
Automatically confirm bookings,
Confirm bookings after payment or
Manually review and confirm bookings
8. Upload an image to visually represent the service, if required
9. Assign Team Members or Resources
Select a team member, group, or resource from the dropdown menu
If multiple team members are assigned, specify whether the booking requires Team Member 1 OR Team Member 2 (not both unless needed simultaneously)
10. Enter the duration of the service in the Duration field
11. Set the service price and toggle 'Show pricing online' to on/ off according to your preferences
12. Add a travel buffer before or after the service by clicking on 'Show More' to set it up
