Bookem uses tokens as currency for SMS messages Tokens are not included in your monthly subscription and must be purchased separately
1 token = 1 SMS message (up to 160 characters)
Longer messages are split into segments, using more tokens
Special characters or emojis may reduce available space
Token use is based on the recipient’s location, not yours
Use the calculator on the Top up page to check costs by country
Bookem alerts you when your token balance is running low - via email and in - app notifications. This gives you time to top up before messages start failing
Set up your low token alert in Settings > Account> Settings
Go to the Top up button on the bottom left of your Bookem menu
Choose how many tokens to purchase
Complete payment - tokens are added immediately payment is reconciled
