Low Token balance alert settings

Bookem helps you keep track of your Token balance.

Tokens are Bookem's currency for SMSes and are paid for up-front.

Here's how Bookem can help prevent you running out of tokens:

Set up a Low token balance

Setting up a low token balance threshold means that if your token balance dips below that threshold, an email reminder to top up is sent. You will also see an in-app notification to warn you about your low token balance.

Here's how to set it up:

1. Go to Settings > Account

2. Navigate to the 'Settings' tab

3. Scroll down to 'SMS Tokens'

4. Select 'Change / Disable' for Low token notification

Where to view your Token balance/count

The Token balance at the bottom of the left hand side panel updates in real time as your token balance changes due to smses going out or top ups.

You can top up your tokens in the Top up page found under Settings > Account > Top-up
