Bookem supports two way communication between you and your clients.
Every message (email and SMS) is tracked and logged for your records.
Navigate to the 'Messages' tab on the client's profile to access a log of the two-way communications between you and your client
Go to Messages
Select sent or received from the top line
You can now navigate to the client for whom you'd like to check messages for
Click on their name to view the log of your two-way conversation between you and your client
NB: Messages are tracked against a user login thus it's important for each team member to have their own login.
