Bookem allows you to pin notes to the top of your notes list for easy access.
Find the client's profile by searching in Clients
Navigate to the 'Documents' tab
Locate the document you want to pin
Click the three dotted kebab on the right
Click on 'Pin'
Your document will now be pinned to the top
