Client notes can be locked to prevent other team members from viewing them. This is useful for confidential notes that you do not want to share with others.
To lock a note:
Go to the Clients tab.
Select the client whose notes you want to lock.
Click the Notes tab.
Click the + Create Note button or edit an existing note.
Click the Lock icon at the top right of the note.
The lock icon will change from open to closed, indicating that the note is now locked.
To unlock a note:
Click the Lock icon at the top right of the note.
The lock icon will change from closed to open, indicating that the note is now unlocked.
Note: You can view which notes are locked in the notes tab. Locked notes will show a closed lock next to the title.
