In the main menu, go to Settings > Sharing & integrations Scroll down to 'Email sending' Select ' Connect with Google' or ' Connect with Microsoft' , depending on which service you use Sign in to your account when prompted, and approve the permissions Bookem asks for Once connected, Bookem confirms the connection and starts sending client emails from that address
How to link another email service If you're using Yahoo Mail, iCloud, Zoho, Fastmail, or custom SMTP servers,

In Settings > Sharing & integration s under ' Email sending' Select 'Use another service' Choose your provider from the list, or select 'My provider' for a Custom SMTP Enter your email address and password, or app password if your provider requires one Select Test connection to confirm Bookem can send from your account Select Save š” Pro-Tip: Some providers require an app password rather than your normal account password. Your email provider's account settings will tell you if this applies.
