If your Bookem subscription is no longer active but you need to access your client data, you can temporarily reactivate your account. This allows you to log back in and download any information you need.
Bookem keeps your data safe and does not charge for storage or exporting your data.
Reactivating your subscription
To access your data, you need to reactivate your subscription.
- Go to the Bookem login page
- Log in using your previous account details
- Follow the prompts to reactivate your subscription
- Select a plan and select the payment option
Once reactivated, you will have full access to your business and all stored data.

- You only need to pay for one month to regain access and download your data
- Bookem does not charge for storing your data while your account is closed
- Once you have downloaded everything, you can cancel your subscription again if needed
