Line items serve as a price list, including treatment codes, descriptions, and prices. This article explains how to update existing line items or add new ones, ensuring your pricing and service details stay accurate and up to date.
Follow these steps:
Navigate to the 'Line items' tab
Click on the line item you’d like to update
You can edit the treatment/ procedure codes, description, type, associated team member/ resources, and set pricing for different locations. Skip any fields that are not applicable.
Click ‘Save’
If you have a long list of line items, you can export it, update it in a spreadsheet, and then re-import the updated list. here's how
