How to use Client Indicators

Client indicators are visual cues or flags showing selected key information from client profile fields, quickly visible in booking and client list.

Why indicators are useful

Client indicators are customisable visual flags that instantly surface essential client information, such as allergies, medications, instructions, or special statuses, without needing to open full profiles. Visible across your workflow, including the booking modal and client list, they enhance safety and compliance, support smarter scheduling decisions, improve team communication, and ensure everyone sees the same up-to-date details at a glance.

  • Black listed

  • Missing medical aid details

  • Pro bono

  • Referral required

  • Vaccination due

  • Allergies

  • Prescription renewal due

  • Pregnant

Indicators clearly highlight key details, allowing your team to identify them instantly without opening a full profile.

How to set up client indicators

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Clients

2. Click the three-dotted kebab in the top right corner

3. Click ‘Client indicators’

4. Click ‘+New indicator’ to create a new indicator or open an existing one to edit

5. Create a label, select a colour, icon and criteria for the indicator

6. Finally, set up your criteria

7. Remember to save

How to edit indicators

  • Follow the same steps as above

  • Or access the indicators from the client booking modal

  • Simply click on the indicator for the window to appear
