How to check if an invoice or receipt has been sent

If you’re unsure whether an invoice has been sent to a client, you can quickly confirm this in Bookem by following these simple steps:

  1. Go to Clients from the main menu

  2. Select the client whose invoice status you want to check

  3. Navigate to the Messages tab within their profile

  4. Look through the message history for the invoice message

  5. Hover over the "sent" information under the message to see the exact date and time it was sent, as well as the email address or phone number it was sent to

This lets you easily confirm delivery and contact details at a glance
