Bookem allows you to upload files directly to a client’s profile, even if you prefer not to attach them to documents. They are safely stored under the 'Files' tab.
Follow these steps:
1. In the main menu on the left, go to Clients
2. Find the client profile you'd like to upload files for
3. Open the client profile and navigate right to the ‘Files’ tab
4. Click ‘Upload file’ to select a file from your device and click ‘Open’
5. Your file is now uploaded to the client's profile and exists separately from documents
Click the three-dotted kebab to rename, download or remove the file.
